    The service 5B has disruptions

    N&NU Hospital to Stalham

    serving Eaton, Norwich City Centre, Dussindale, Rackheath and Wroxham

    • Reduced service on the 5B

      Today 13:00 - 14:40

      There is a reduced service on the 5B because of a problem with a bus.

      Due to a breakdown the 13:30 5B from norwich st stephens to Stalham Millside is not running due to a breakdown.

      We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    • Routes 5B (Hethersett Academy) & 6 - Closure of Colney Lane (Hethersett) - 31st March until 1st June 2025

      31st Mar 2025 - 1st Jun 2025

      Reconstruction and junction improvement work will take place on Colney Lane between B1172 and Football training ground.
      During this closure buses leaving Hethersett Academy in the afternoon will be diverted via Little Melton and watton Road to the N&N Hospital
      Journeys on route 6 that serve the N&N Hospital will be diverted via Cringleford bus interchange and Thickthorn roundabout.
      Journey times may increase due to the length of the diversion routes.
      We would like to apologise for the disruption to your bus service which this work takes place.

    • Routes 3, 3B, 3C, 4, 5B, 6, 60 - Cringleford bus interchange - Tuesday 6th May until further notice

      6th May 2025 onwards

      Due to road widening and junction improvement work at Roundhouse Way/A11 roundabout, the bus stops at Cringleford bus interchange will be part suspended to allow for safe working.
      Stops B & C will be moved with the following changes to stopping arrangements:
      ALL buses towards the Hospital (3, 3B, 3C, 4, 5B, 6, 60) will depart from STAND A as will routes 6 & 60 towards Norwich City Centre.
      A temporary bus stop will be located on Roundhouse Way and will be served by ALL buses from the Hospital towards the City Centre.
      HETHERSETT ACADEMY buses - both routes 5B & 6 will depart from the temporary stop on Roundhouse Way.

    • Route 5B - Salhouse, Thieves Lane - emergency road closure - 22nd May until further notice.

      22nd May 2025 onwards

      Due to an emergency road closure, Salhouse (Thieves Lane) is closed. Buses are unable to serve the following stops:

      Ward Road
      Mill Road
      The Stag

      A temporary stop is located on Mill Road.

    The service 717 has disruptions

    Norwich to Hemsby

    serving Wroxham and Potter Heigham

    • Routes 11B & 717 - Sprowston (Falcon Rd West) - Friday 23rd May until Friday 6th June 2025

      Today 06:32 - 6th Jun 2025

      Due to continuing gas works along Wroxham Road, the junction with Falcon Road West will be closed.
      Buses on routes 11B & 717 will be diverted via Parana Road and Wroxham Road in both directions.
      Linacre Avenue (Peregrine Road & Varvel Avenue) & Falcon Road West will not be served during this closure.
