Central Connect App

To access your mobile tickets, you will soon need to download the new Central Connect app. The good news is that making the switch is quick and easy: simply sign up using your existing Konectbus email address, and any active mobile tickets linked to your account will automatically transfer over to the new app.

The Central Connect app is available now to download on the Apple App Store, and will be available tomorrow to download on the Google Play Store. Search ‘Central Connect Bus’, or follow the above link.

Unsure which email address you signed up with?

1. Open the Konectbus app, and go to settings (located at the bottom of the navigation panel).

2. Click on account details.

3. View or change the email address associated with your account.

30 Day Subscriptions

From today, 30-Day Subscription tickets will no longer be available. As part of our commitment to keeping fares as affordable as possible and providing the best value for our passengers, we have made the decision to withdraw this feature.

If you currently have a 30-Day Subscription ticket, your existing ticket will remain valid until it expires. Any active tickets will automatically transfer to the new Central Connect app when it launches on Tuesday 30 June. You can continue to purchase a standard 30-Day ticket whenever required, offering the same great value and flexibility for regular travel.
