This summer, we are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter for your local bus network. Over the coming months, Konectbus will be officially rebranding to Central Connect, bringing a fresh look and continued dedication to keeping our community moving.

We know that a name change is a big deal, but we want to reassure all our passengers that our services will continue to run as normal. We are still the same local team, just with a vibrant new identity!

What You Will See on the Network

You won't have to wait until summer to start spotting the changes. In fact, the rollout has already begun!

If you regularly travel between Dereham and Norwich, keep an eye out for a major upgrade: two brand new double-deck buses have just joined the fleet on Route 8. These modern, comfortable buses are fully decked out in the new Central Connect branding and are already out on the road. We can’t wait for you to step aboard and experience the enhanced comfort on your daily commute.

Upgrades to our Website, App and Social Media Accounts

As part of the transition to Central Connect, we are also giving our digital platforms a makeover to make planning your journey and buying tickets even easier.

• A Fresh Website: Our online home will be updated with the new Central Connect look.
• App Updates: Your mobile ticketing and live-tracking app will also be transitioning to reflect the new brand.
• Social Media: If you already follow us on social media, you won't need to follow a new page. Our existing pages will be updated with the new name and branding.

Don't worry about getting lost in the shuffle! We will keep you fully informed every step of the way. Whether it's through email updates, social media posts, or notices on the buses themselves, we will make sure you know exactly when these digital changes are happening and how to access your tickets.
