NEW Fares for 2025: What tickets are available?
Across the services, there is a great range of ticket types to suit everyone! There are single and day tickets for same-day travel, group tickets which offer a discount when travelling in pairs or with family, and zonal tickets for great savings on travel within certain areas.

We are simplifying our fares for 2025 to continue our offering of great value fares for our passengers!
There are BIG SAVINGS to be found on Day Tickets and Group Tickets, offering value for individuals, couples and families!*
*Groups of up-to 5 people travelling together (min 1, max 2 over the age of 19). Formerly Family and Tango tickets.
Ticket Zones
What is a zone?
A zone is an area on our network that you can travel around with one ticket. This is a great option if you are a regular traveller on a particular route or if you travel to multiple destinations within the zone area.

Anywhere, Anytime
One ticket to travel across our entire network! This is often useful if you need to use multiple routes (outside of the Cityzone area) to reach your destination. Stops include Stalham, Harleston, Diss, Watton, Swaffham and Dereham. See our Network Map for further information.

CityZone
With this ticket you can travel within the Norwich CityZone (see our CityZone Map); with stops including Norwich Airport, Wroxham, Horning, Long Stratton, Wymondham, Colney and Easton.

Straight8 Ticket
With this ticket you can travel an unlimited number of times each day anywhere between Toftwood, Dereham and Norwich on the Straight8 services. This ticket is only available on the Konectbus app.

Quick Links
For our quickest trips, we've introduced a new £1.50 flat fare on single journeys.
Young people can still get up-to 25% off on some of our Quick Link journeys!
Some examples of our quick link journeys are:
Travel from Norwich Bus Station to Norwich Rail Station with a £1.50 single.
Travel anywhere within the Great Yarmouth Town Zone with a £1.50 single.
Travel anywhere within the Thetford Town Zone with a £1.50 single (until March 2025).
Inner Links
For select travel within zones, we've introduced a new £2.50 flat fare on single journeys.
It's even cheaper for Young People, with a flat fare of just £2 on Inner Link journeys!
Some examples of our quick link journeys are:
Travel from Norwich City Centre to the UEA or NNUH.
Outer Links
From 1st January 2025, all single fares will be capped at £3.* That means that you will never pay more than £3 to get to get to your destination - perfect for longer journeys!
*excludes schooldays-only routes
Travel further around Norfolk for just £3!
The new £3 fare cap applies to single journeys on most routes, but excludes schooldays-only routes.
25% off all Family Day, Weekly and 30 Day tickets until March 2025
Many of our Weekly, 30 Day and Group Day tickets are now up to 25% cheaper than before, helping to make bus travel even more affordable for regular passengers. Supported by the Norfolk County Council Bus Service Improvement Plan, these fantastic fare savings will give you the freedom to get out and about for less without having to remember your bus fare. Important
- A group ticket is for a group of up to 5 people (minimum 1 adult over the age of 19, maximum 2 adults over the age of 19).
- 5-19 is a child travelling who is between the ages of 5 and 19. Children under 5 travel for FREE.
- Norwich Park and Ride fares remain the same
- Concessionary travellers are those who carry a valid Concessionary Bus Pass and are of state pension age or have a registered disability.
