Concession Tickets

Concession passes for elderly and disabled persons are valid country wide. On normal bus services* they give free travel from 0930 until 2300 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends. Before 0930 show your pass and get a discount on an Adult single, except on service 10 where full fare applies on departures before 0930.

Blind and partially sighted persons enjoy free travel at all times providing their disabled pass has the clockface symbol. Passes which have a 'C+' symbol in the top right hand corner are allowed a companion to travel free with them.

Only English passes (with the rose symbol) are valid, Scottish and Welsh passes are not accepted in England.

Place your concession pass on the red card reader and you will hear a beep and a green light will be displayed. No ticket is issued.

Visit Norfolk County Council's website for more information including pass use and renewal.

Visit Norfolk County Council's website for a list of journeys where ENCTS bus passes can be used before 0930 Mondays to Fridays.

* on Norwich Park & Ride services concessionary bus pass holders are entitled to a discounted Adult day ticket.
