Due to multiple road works in the South West Norwich area, including the Colney lane roundabout part closure, bus services serving the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital are subject to continuing disruption, especially during peak periods.
Our drivers are doing all they can to maintain timetables however this is not alway possible due to the volume of traffic congestion in the area.
For those with Hospital appointments etc please allow extra time for your journey.
We would like to apologise for the level of disruption these works are having on our services and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
School bus 6B - Eaton & Cringleford to Hethersett Academy - amended route due to Colney Lane closure - 7th January until further notice

Due to the closure of the Colney Lane roundabout an amended route and timetable will be in operation on the school bus 6B to Hethersett Academy.
The following pick ups will take place:
Eaton, Cellarhouse - 08:06, Cringleford, Green - 08:10, Colney Lane, Cringleford Heights - 08:15, Roundhouse Way, adjacent to Dragonfly Way (Tesco) - 08:17, Cringleford bus interchange 08:20 and then Hethersett Academy 08:30 - LITTLE MELTON will not be served.
PLEASE NOTE the pick up point at Dragonfly Way is on the TESCO side of the road.
The PM return journeys will follow the same diversion.
Routes 3, 4, 6 - Colney Lane roundabout closure - Monday 6th until Sunday 26th January 2025 (UPDATED)

Due to the part closure of the Colney Lane roundabout (outside the N&N Hospital) buses will not be able to access the N&N Hospital from the Cringleford (Roundhouse Way) direction.
Buses on routes 3, 4 and the 6's that serve the N&N Hospital will be diverted between the N&N Hospital and Newmarket Road via Watton Road or Hethersett Lane, Thickthorn junction and Newmarket Road Road in both directions.
Journeys that usually serve the UEA will continue to do so as normal.
Bus stops along Roundhouse Way or Cringleford bus interchange will not be served.
All other route 6 buses will continue to serve Cringleford bus interchange as normal.
Journey times may increase as a result of this diversion, please allow extra time for your journeys.
