This pass gives you sound peace of mind that your bus travel is sorted for the whole academic year.

What’s more, you can use your ticket at the weekends and school holidays so you can meet up with your friends, hang out in the city or do a bit of shopping.

With this ticket, you can sit back and relax, knowing you need not spend anything again on travel until this time next year!

1 term bus pass

Our 1 term passes allow you to spread out the cost of buying student bus travel with three payments during the academic year. 

Use your Anywhere/Cityzone/Straight8 pass at weekends or during school holidays and travel for just £1 one-way.

Subscription ticket

The Konectbus App comes with a 30 day subscription option, saving parents the hassle of having to buy a new ticket every month.

What does it cost?

  • The cityZone includes Norwich, Long Stratton, Eaton, Easton, Wroxham, Salhouse, Rackheath, Dussindale, Wymondham and Stoke Holy Cross.
  • Please note routes 53C, 85, 501, 502 and 503 are not included in the cityZone. 
  • The Anywhere zone covers all Konectbus routes including Diss, Shipdham, Watton, Hingham, Swanton Morley, Dereham, Fakenham, Mattishall, Stalham, Swaffham, Great Massingham, Litcham, North Elmham, Gressenhall, Beetley, Caston and Griston. Please note route 31 and 53C, 501, 502 and 503 are not in the Anywhere zone, please purchase a termly ticket or return/weekly/30 day ticket instead. 
  • The Straight8 termly tickets are valid on the Straight8 (Toftwood - Dereham - Norwich) only. 

In addition to the cityZone and Anywhere tickets, we also offer point to point tickets on the bus.

 

How do I apply?

You can choose a mobile ticket or a paper ticket when you buy a bus pass with us.

To purchase your:

  • Mobile ticket – Buy online and have them appear on your mobile phone or download the Konectbus App for quick and easy purchases.
  • Select Straight8 / Anywhere / Norwich cityZone from the Mobile Tickets tab on the screen. Once you've selected your zone then select either 3term or 1term ticket. Then follow the instructions to complete your payment. Once approved, your pass will appear in the "Mobile Tickets" tab in the App. 

The Konectbus app now comes with a 30 day subscription option, saving parents the hassle of having to buy a new ticket every month.

  • Paper 1 term tickets – Purchase by calling 07976 708994 on 27th - 30th December and 2nd - 3rd January (10am to 4pm).  Please be aware a £15 admin fee will be charged for paper tickets.
  • Term 2 tickets are now available on the Konectbus app.

Please Note - Straight 8 passes can be purchased here or on the Konectbus App but there is no paper ticket available.

Norwich Park & Ride

Harford and Sprowston Park & Ride services stop very close to City College. Airport and Thickthorn Park & Ride stop at Norwich Bus Station which is just a 10 minute walk away. These buses operate regularly, every 15 minutes.

What if I lose my pass?

Sometimes these things happen so don’t panic. Call us on 03300 539358 and we will arrange a replacement pass to be sent out to you. Please be aware that replacement passes will be charged an administration fee of £10 and you can pay over the phone or in person at the bus station. 

To help avoid losing your pass, we encourage you to buy your ticket on our App and should the worse happen and you lose your phone, we can deactivate and reactivate your ticket once your new phone arrives.
