We have an in-house Training School which provides all the support, instruction and guidance you need to become a professional bus driver, as well as ongoing career and personal development opportunities for all our colleagues and new recruits.

Our Engineering apprentices work towards a qualification which will provide them with the practical skills and theory they need to take the right route to ensure our buses keep on moving.

  •  Weekend-only shifts
  •   School bus duties (meaning time off in the holidays!)

We offer good rates of pay and benefits when you join us!

  • Earn as you learn as a trainee driver: Â£11.94 per hour.

  • Newly qualified drivers during first year of holding a PCV licence: Â£13 per hour.

  • Fully qualified driver rate after 1 year of holding a licence: Â£14 per hour. 

  • Qualified engineers: Â£19 per hour

  • Opportunities to earn more on over-time, late, and Sunday shifts!

  • Rail replacement work and shuttle services for special events.

What we need from you

  •  A car driving licence with a minimum of a year's UK driving experience
  •  You must be over the age of 18.
  •  Smart and professional appearance.
  •  A customer-focused attitude - previous Customer Service experience is a bonus!
