Konectbus are looking for new drivers to fill several driver vacancies.
On Sunday 14th November, between 11am and 3pm, the company will be holding a recruitment open day at Costessey Park and Ride, giving any aspiring drivers over the age of 18, the chance to get behind the wheel and test drive a bus.
There will also be the opportunity to discuss the benefits of working for the company with existing employees.

Konectbus will teach you how to drive a bus, put you through your bus driving test, with training covering accessibility and customer services. Ongoing training is also provided. If you already have a bus driving licence, just pop in and talk to the Konectbus recruitment team.
The company is also looking to add more engineers and cleaners to its ranks to help keep the wheels moving on its fleet of buses.
Working for one of the region’s main transport operators also comes with several perks, including free bus travel for you and your family, and guaranteed minimum hours.
David Burrows, Training Lead for Konectbus said: “Our team will be on hand to talk to people throughout the day, offering advice and giving more background on what it’s like to work for Konectbus. “We hope visitors will get a real sense of what it’s like to work for us –and to get a feel for what it is like to be behind the wheel of a bus.”
