How do I claim the kids free travel?
All you need to do is purchase a Day Return Family Ticket when you travel
You can buy your ticket in advance on our East Anglia Buses App* or when you board the bus.
If buying on the bus, we ask you to use contactless payment to limit contact with our drivers or the exact change.
A family day return ticket allows 1 adult and up to 4 children or 2 adults and up to 3 children (all must be under 16) to travel together as a group.
How much does it cost?
The cost of a Family Day Return Ticket will vary dependent on which route you travel.

The offer runs from the begining of the Autumn Half Term (Thursday 22nd October 2020 until Sunday1st November 2020),
A family return day ticket includes 1 adult and up to 4 children and two adults and up to three children( all under 16) travelling in a group on any Konectbus.
Under 5's are exempt from this offer.
16 to 19's pay an adult fare.
