Half-Term in Norwich 

The City Centre has so much on, all within walking distance. Wander the cobbled streets and browse the iconic market for a bite to eat. There’s fun for all the family all over the city.

From Saturday, the Norwich Science Festival 2024 is here! Taking place at The Forum, there will be various events throughout the week, taking place in venues across the city, there’s talks, workshops, activities, and plenty of free events. Bring the whole family and make a day of the Norwich Science Festival!

If you have a little one with a flair for the performing arts, Norwich Theatre Stage Two has Dance Days and Drama Days on Monday 19th February, so they can get involved and pick up some new skills!

Of course there’s always plenty for kids to do in Norwich - whether that’s having a bounce around at Gravity trampoline park at Riverside, mini golf at Putt Putt Noodle or an Escape Room at Escape Hunt (both in Castle Quarter). Vue Cinema offers up ‘Mini Mornings’, with £2.99 tickets for affordable fun in the city. As a bonus, The Bug Parc are going to be at Castle Quarter with some creepy crawly friends on Tuesday from 12-4pm.

Half-Term in Norfolk 

There’s no shortage of things to do in Norfolk, so hop aboard our services to see what the county has to offer!

On Friday 23rd February, Dereham Memorial Hall is host to the family friendly shadow puppet show, ‘The Witch and The Egg’, with tickets being just £3 for children. Bring the family along for a chuckle and a heart-warming story.

If the weather isn’t too wet, family favourite BeWILDerwood is great to get the kids outdoors, with storytelling, den building, and crafts to get the creativity flowing - and the tickets are buy one get one free between the 17th and 25th February!

Looking to learn something this half term? There’s plenty of Museums around both Norwich and across the quaint towns surrounding the city. Swaffham museum focuses on social history in Norfolk, the Stalham Museum of the Broads has a huge 6,000 item collection, and Wroxham is home to the largest indoor modelling collection in the UK!

If you fancy some fresh air and a stroll, Hoveton Hall Estate has some gorgeous walks across the beautiful gardens, so you can have your flower fix and get some steps in.
