Older People and Registered Disabled Concessionary Bus Travel 

Free travel* is available for those with an English National Concessionary Travel Scheme Bus Pass. 

When can you travel for FREE?

Latest news - All registered Disabled Pass holders can travel for FREE all day, 7 days a week from Monday 1st February. This doesn't apply to the older person's concessionary bus pass holders.

Free travel* is available from 9:30am across Norfolk Monday-Friday, and all day at weekends & on bank holidays.

You can also travel between 8:30am and 9.30am at a discounted rate. Ask the driver as you board the bus and pay with cash or contactless card.

Place your concession pass on the card reader as you board the bus, you will hear a beep and a green light will be displayed. No ticket is issued.
