CoastalKonect 717 – Travel to Hemsby on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Fancying some summer sunshine with your family or partner? The new CoastalKonect 717, operating on Saturdays and Wednesdays, is the perfect option for an expedition to the Broads or Hemsby beach. There’s so much to explore to keep the little ones occupied, from boat trips at Wroxham to seaside amusements at Hemsby and so much more in between.

We understand that no family outing is truly complete without bringing along your furry friends! There are so many great places for dog walking along this route from the beautiful How Hill at Ludham and the trails from Potter Heigham Bridge, to a stroll a long stroll along Hemsby beach itself. At Hemsby, why not try your hand at Lost World Adventure Golf where you can putt your way through a 9-hole Jurassic-themed mini golf course? There’s also Hirsty’s Family Fun Park, which has acres of space for active kids and a maize maze for the summer period. If you fancy the more traditional seaside amusements, there’s also Hemsby Fun Park with loads of rides for thrill-seekers.

At Wroxham, there’s a whole host of boat trips on offer, which are perfect for soaking up the rays and finding hidden gems on the water. It’s also a great shout for nature-lovers who will be able to spot many different species of wildlife onboard. You could even hire a day-boat of your own, pack a picnic and wind your way through the network of waterways!
