New look, enchanced routes

At Konectbus, we're gearing up for a major transformation in 2025, putting our core values - caring for our passengers, colleagues, communities, assets, and the environment - at the forefront of everything we do.

Starting this month, we’re rolling out significant improvements to our network across Norfolk. These changes are designed to better support our passengers and colleagues, including a 10% increase in operations, with new and enhanced routes to keep you connected.

To help make this happen, we’ve restructured our operations management, creating a more locally focused leadership team. This ensures we can deliver these improvements efficiently while supporting future growth in Suffolk and Essex later this year.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Rupert Cox and our senior management team, we’re investing in better buses, clearer communication, and stronger leadership. We’re committed to creating a workplace that supports career development and fosters growth. The first of many newly branded buses arrives at the Dereham depot. We’re also introducing refurbished and new buses over the coming months. Every depot will undergo a makeover, and our websites and apps will be updated to reflect the new branding - ensuring a seamless experience for passengers. Internally, we’ll continue to operate as Go East Anglia, celebrating our Go-Ahead ownership and living our core values every day.
