Established in 1999, the company now operates with the support of around 130 people. In March 2010 Konectbus was acquired by Go-Ahead Group, one of the UK’s largest public transport operators. Since then the company invested in new buses as well as in training for its staff and systems to make sure our network runs smoothly.
We provide essential links to many locations throughout Norfolk from local towns and villages including Dereham, Watton, Wymondham, Attleborough, Swaffham and Wroxham. Many of our routes serve Norwich City Centre and run up to every 30 minutes.
From September 2015 we operate all six Norwich Park & Ride sites, as well as Norwich Bus Station.
We employ 130 people including drivers, mechanics and office staff. All our staff are DBS checked and trained to a high standard. Additionally our drivers are undertaking an NVQ level 2 in customer service.
We operate 60 buses. All of our buses are low-floor, each with a baby buggy/ wheelchair space.
The latest additions to our fleet include low-emission technology - giving you a more comfortable journey whilst simultaneously reducing harmful pollutants throughout Norfolk.
Our entire fleet is fitted with GPS tracking to make sure you are picked up and arrive at your destination as promptly as possible.
