We offer a range of different ticket types – so there is no excuse for not giving the car a holiday!

one way ‘single’ tickets are valid between two points for a one-way trip.   Available from the driver.

return tickets are valid for a return trip the same day between two points – and offer a huge saving over buying two one way tickets.  Available from the driver.

weekly tickets are valid for unlimited travel between two points* for a week**.  Normally if you use the bus for more than four return trips each week you’ll start to save money with a weekly ticket.  Available from the driver.

* special weekly tickets are available for unlimited travel within Norwich and Dereham.

** although valid for seven days, not all routes operate on a Sunday.

concessionary passes issued in Norfolk are valid for travel on konectbus services from 0830 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends.  Passes issued outside of Norfolk are valid from 0930.  Please have your pass ready to show the driver when your board and wait for the driver to issue you with a ticket for the journey.

One child under the age of 5 can travel free with a fare paying adult.

It helps to keep the bus on time if you can have the correct fare ready, but our drivers normally have a small amount of change if required.
