one way ‘single’ tickets are valid between two points for a one-way trip. Available from the driver.
return tickets are valid for a return trip the same day between two points – and offer a huge saving over buying two one way tickets. Available from the driver.
weekly tickets are valid for unlimited travel between two points* for a week**. Normally if you use the bus for more than four return trips each week you’ll start to save money with a weekly ticket. Available from the driver.
* special weekly tickets are available for unlimited travel within Norwich and Dereham.
** although valid for seven days, not all routes operate on a Sunday.
monthly tickets are valid between two points for a calendar month (you can buy them any day) and offer even greater savings than with weekly tickets. Available from the driver.
season tickets such as termly, 3 termly, annual tickets and 16-19 6month tickets are also available. Please call us on 01362 851210 for more information.
concessionary passes are valid for travel on konectbus services from 0930 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends. Please place your concessionary travel card on top of the ticket machine until the green light shows.
Two children under the age of 5 can travel free with someone paying the full adult fare.
Discounted fares are also available for 16-19 year olds – just ask the driver.
It helps to keep the bus on time if you can have the correct fare ready, but our drivers normally have a small amount of change if required.
